Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead our team in developing innovative and effective advertising campaigns. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for guiding the team in creating compelling and engaging content that meets the needs of our clients.

The Role:

  • To develop and implement creative strategies that align with client objectives and goals.
  • To lead and manage a diverse team of creatives, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • To work closely with account management, planning, and traffic teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • To stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve our creative output.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as fine arts, graphic design, or advertising.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an advertising agency or related industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading high-performing teams, developing and implementing creative strategies, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision, leadership abilities, and commitment to excellence.
