The Ideal Candidate
We seek an enthusiastic and collaborative Early Years Teacher who can foster a love for learning in our students. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant teaching experience and be comfortable working in a team environment. They should be able to develop engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in children. Additionally, they must be willing to contribute to meetings, professional development, and school events.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement activities that promote learning through play, fostering children's cognitive, social, and emotional development. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel confident to explore and learn. Utilize the concept of continuous provision to ensure resources are available to support children's learning and development throughout the day. Work closely with other teaching staff to plan, assess, and adapt teaching strategies based on individual needs. Regularly observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
