Job Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Drilling Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the wellsite organization, driving implementation of DTL processes, and promoting a DTL working culture among the wellsite team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the wellsite organization is managed efficiently to deliver wells in the most efficient manner.
  • Implement DTL processes during drilling program execution to promote a DTL working culture.
  • Actively participate in coaching and training of Omani staff to develop their competence.
  • Coordinate rig site response to incidents and accidents to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:
  • Degree in a relevant field such as engineering or business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in drilling operations management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
