IPP Development Expert

We are seeking an experienced consultant to lead and manage Independent Power Producer (IPP) projects, including renewable energy and thermal power. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the power sector regulations, financial structuring, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IPP projects from inception to completion.
  • Draft and review Statements of Work (SOW) for consultants and ensure project alignment.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and financial modeling.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders, including developers, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IPP development.
  • Strong knowledge of power sector regulations, financial structuring, and project management.
  • Experience in renewable energy and thermal power projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
