Job Description

This role entails leading the lifecycle of product development by reviewing priorities and goals for products.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities, make informed decisions, and keep business execution on track.
  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities.
  • Develop your team through coaching, mentoring, and training.
  • Establish KPIs for project status reporting and communicate it across the organization.
  • Drive execution excellence through continuous feedback and improvement.
What We're Looking For
  • Seasoned product management experience in technical domains related to open source software in the cloud native landscape.
  • Good understanding of cloud native technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker containers.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive their execution to excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
