Restaurant Team Lead Position

We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Captain to join our hospitality team. As a key member of the front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Service Delivery: Ensure timely and efficient operation of restaurant operations, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
  2. Team Leadership: Set a tone of welcoming hospitality, motivating and guiding your team to achieve exceptional results.
  3. Customer Interaction: Perform every guest interaction in a positive and professional manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  4. Guest Feedback: Receive and act on guest feedback to continually improve our services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Possession of a genuine passion for delivering excellent service, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a close-knit team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
