We are seeking a highly experienced leader to oversee the development of mixed-signal technologies. This individual will be an experienced and dynamic leader with a proven ability to build and inspire high-performing teams for Lidar and Photonic Products.

Job Overview

This role involves leading and overseeing the design and development of mixed-signal ASICs, ensuring performance, power efficiency, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, verification, mixed signal development, firmware/software, and board development within leading organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the design and development of mixed-signal ASICs, ensuring performance, power efficiency, and reliability.
  • Effectively work with cross-functional teams for product alignment and collaboration.
  • Lead ASIC design, verification, and mixed signal development.
  • Oversee ASIC validation, characterization, and debugging to meet specifications.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and customer success.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in Mixed Signal ASIC in Communication, Display and Sensor field.
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Background in Test engineering Management and foundry.
  • Proven track record of leadership in large-scale ASIC development.
  • Strong understanding of industry-standard testers.
  • Expert with test debug tools, scripting/programming/automation tools.
  • Expert with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, signal generators, power analyzers, and source meters.
  • Expert validating both analog/mixed-signal and digital interfaces.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Expert with Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys Custom Compiler, and Siemens Calibre flows.
  • Strong communication skills to engage and work with global team.
