Building Projects Director

We are seeking a skilled Senior Structural Engineer to lead our team in delivering large-scale building projects. This role will involve managing projects from financial, design, and technical perspectives, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Manage projects from concept to completion, overseeing design, construction, and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, developing effective mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement efficient project management techniques to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A degree in Structural/Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in structural engineering, with exposure to post-tensioned structures.
- Strong technical skills and experience managing complex building projects both technically and financially.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage small teams.
