Position Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Civil Engineer to fill the position of Construction Project Manager. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and supervision of various construction projects.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, design, and supervision of construction projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Liaise with the project design team to assign tasks, review progress, and identify changes in scope or additional services required.
  • Coordinate all aspects of project documentation, including preparing tender documents and evaluating bid processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Construction Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in civil work planning, design, and execution of projects.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
