About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patisserie Team Leader to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading the pastry section and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining the quality and presentation of our pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats. You will also be expected to supervise and train junior staff members, as well as assist with menu planning and inventory management.
