Job Title: Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our maintenance department.

About the Job:
  • Directs employees and ensures they complete projects within set deadlines.
  • Coordinate the organization, staffing and operational activities for assigned maintenance and/or inspection programs.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and priorities; recommend and implement resulting policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for:

  • Directing employees and ensuring they complete projects within set deadlines.
  • Coordinating the organization, staffing and operational activities for assigned maintenance and/or inspection programs.
  • Participating in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and priorities.
  • Selecting, training, motivating and evaluating maintenance services personnel.
  • Administering maintenance contracts including specification development, bidding, monitoring and evaluation of work products.
  • Determining optimum methods of accomplishing work, analyzing available budget and staff and electing to accomplish in-house or contract out work.
  • Providing staff assistance to the Operation, Other Maintenance Section and Managements.
  • Attending and participating in professional group meetings, staying abreast of new trends and innovations in the field of maintenance services.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 12 Years experience in refinery
  • Experience in Delayed Coker Unit Coke Cutting System & Solid Handling Facilities Maintenance is a must.
  • Certification: Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Key Skills:

  • Operational characteristics, services and activities of assigned maintenance program.
  • Principles and practices of preventative and Corrective maintenance.
  • Methods and techniques of maintenance scheduling.
  • Principles of Truck and equipment maintenance and repair.
