Sales Specialist Role

As a key member of the Commercial department, you will play a critical role in supporting the Utilities Sales Manager in driving sales growth and revenue expansion.

Main Duties
  1. Develop strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  2. Work closely with the technical/project team and the Manager to resolve any technical or commercial queries related to orders.
  3. Manage the procurement of metals at the London Metal Exchange, ensuring seamless execution of sales orders.
  4. Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to ensure timely payments and deliveries.
  5. Support the Customer Support Service department in preparing sales orders and related documentation.
  6. Evaluate customer compliance with payment terms and ensure prompt resolution of any discrepancies.
  7. Oversee the efficient transfer of goods and after-sales services, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  8. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, including customer prospecting calls, appointments, and internal meetings.
  9. Negotiate sales quotations and convert customer inquiries into sales orders.
  10. Coordinate internal efforts to process inquiries and orders, ensuring timely execution and customer satisfaction.
