  • Manage relationships with external counsel and vendors to ensure effective representation of the Firm's interests.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Mentor and develop junior legal professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
