Job Title: Construction and Renovation Project Lead

This is a challenging role that requires a high level of expertise in construction project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with division heads to determine project requirements and develop technical scopes of work.
  • Lead and manage all construction and major renovation projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
  • Coordinate between departments, purchase teams, consultants, and contractors to justify project requirements and prepare detailed plans.
  • Evaluate contractor performance based on agreed KPIs and ensure adherence to company procedures.
  • Monitor and supervise projects based on agreed work plans, evaluate progress, and prepare monthly reports for the line manager.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, report issues raised by the HSSE department, and update the line manager through weekly progress reports.
  • Attend meetings with department heads to discuss project progress and required actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Civil) degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Any nationality; male candidates preferred.
