About Our Graduate Program

Our Global Graduate Program aims to attract talented individuals worldwide with diverse backgrounds and experiences who are eager to contribute to a more sustainable future.

  • Taking part in energy transition and digitalization of communities

The program offers an immersive experience within our organization from day one.

  • Program Overview:
  • Participants will start with a one-week global induction in Milan, including trainings and activities led by our academy in collaboration with a top-ranking business school.
  • Following the induction, participants will be part of a one-year job rotation in two different departments:
  • Research & Development
  • Operations in one of our production sites
  • After the first year of rotation, participants will take on a role in the country they have been hired in for 12 months aligned with business needs and their interests.
  • The position will be technical, mainly based in one of our production sites, strongly linked to the core of our business.
  • Then, after completing their second year, participants will embark on an international assignment for a duration of three years in one of our 50+ countries.
  • During this period, participants will learn new ways of working, acquire technical knowledge, meet colleagues worldwide in a multicultural environment.
  • At the end of their assignment abroad, returning to the country they have been hired in, participants will be ready to take on a new responsibility in the technical area continuing their career with us.
