Electrical Services Business Developer

This is a challenging role that requires a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth in the Utilities, O&G, MMM, Water, Building, and Transportation sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Electrical Distribution Equipment and Networks, with expertise in Medium Voltage Switchgear, Low Voltage Switchgear, Transformers, Protection Relays, Industrial and Energy Automation, Energy Management Systems, and Field Testing.
Main Responsibilities- The Sales Manager will act as an advisor for customers, addressing their operational and efficiency challenges.
- They will be responsible for directing the sales of various value-added services to existing and new customers.
- The successful candidate will develop and drive the strategic business plan for the growth of field services business for assigned accounts.
- Key performance indicators include achieving monthly and yearly agreed order and sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 8 years of sales experience with customers in the mentioned sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical distribution equipment and networks.
- Ability to leverage partnerships to drive the strategic plan.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
