About the Role:

We are hiring an Embedded Linux Field Engineering Manager to lead a regionally-focused team of field engineers in presales and professional services activities. This role entails leading and developing a team of field engineers, solving customer problems, working remotely, and representing the team and product to stakeholders, partners, and customers.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional Academic Track Record: Hold an exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Technical Field: Possess a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field.
  • Extensive Embedded Linux Experience: Have extensive experience with embedded Linux, including Yocto or other platforms.
  • Fluency in One or More Programming Languages: Be fluent in one or more programming languages, such as Golang, Python, C, C++, or Rust.
  • Ability to Manage a Small Team: Demonstrate the ability to manage a small team, including coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
  • Experience with Customer Engagements: Have experience with customer engagements, including sales, marketing, and customer support.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills, including written and spoken English, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
