We are looking for a Technical Lead - Linux Solutions to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of cutting-edge Linux-based solutions for our customers.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of software engineers who design and develop Linux-based solutions for various industries. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical projects, ensure timely completion, and maintain high-quality results.

  • Manage a team of software engineers in the development of Linux-based solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop technical strategies to meet those needs
  • Mentor and coach team members to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Develop and implement technical processes and procedures to ensure efficient delivery of projects

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Linux, software engineering principles, and industry trends. They will be an excellent communicator and team player, able to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Extensive experience in software engineering, specifically in Linux and embedded systems
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including experience in mentoring and coaching
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems
Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $130,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
