An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Marketing Director to join a leading conference and exhibition organising company in Oman-Muscat.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead our agency pitches to prospective clients, grow top-line revenue, and create strategic proposals to promote our services.

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand image and increase exposure to corporate and government sectors.
  2. Manage client relationships effectively, oversee all communication elements of advertising and marketing, including creative, copy, layouts, and production.
  3. Run day-to-day operations of a full-service integrated ad agency, supervise team output, and troubleshoot issues.
  4. Coordinate the overall budget process, develop annual budget plans, and ensure profitability and monthly targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead agency pitches to prospective clients and grow top-line revenue.
  • Create strategic proposals to promote services.
  • Manage client relationships effectively.
Qualifications and Skills

Language Proficiency: Fluent/Excellent in Arabic and English.

Ownership: Own a car and have a driving license.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Minimum of 4 years managing a profitable, commercially driven advertising and marketing agency with experience in lead generation, collateral development, brand building, and online advertising.
  • Ability to lead a team to meet tight deadlines with high-quality work.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
