Mubashir operates a cutting-edge network of digital screens, offering scalable real-time tools for ad campaign management and interactive content.

The ideal candidate will lead the frontend architecture, development, and performance optimization of our platforms. They will drive a team of engineers to create high-performance systems that are modular, fast, and responsive.

This role involves collaborating with design, product, backend, and DevOps teams to ensure user experiences are intuitive, accessible, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Frontend Architecture & Development:
    • Design and build component-based UI systems in React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
    • Define performance standards, browser compatibility, and modular design.
    • Create a scalable design system with reusability and maintainability in mind.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Mentor frontend developers across levels and conduct regular code reviews.
    • Establish coding standards, testing protocols, and CI/CD readiness.
    • Support team planning, delivery tracking, and cross-team alignment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work with backend, DevOps, and AI teams to implement integrated solutions.
    • Collaborate with product and UX designers to translate requirements into polished experiences.
    • Champion accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and data-driven improvements.
  • Tooling & Quality Assurance:
    • Implement unit and integration testing using Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
    • Optimize Lighthouse scores and page load speeds for all production-facing UIs.
    • Improve frontend observability and error monitoring.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Familiarity with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS.
  2. Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux or Zustand.
  3. Experience with data visualization libraries such as Recharts or D3.js.
  4. Familiarity with Jest, Cypress, or Playwright for testing.
  5. Experience with GitHub Actions, Vite/Webpack, and performance profiling tools.
  6. Strong leadership skills, including team mentorship and architectural planning.
