**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Risk Management Professional to join our team at Arabian Industries LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective risk management strategies to ensure the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement risk assessment and mitigation plans to minimize potential hazards and risks.
  2. Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for corrective action.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety procedures and protocols.
  4. Provide training and support to employees on health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  5. Analyze and report on incident investigations and near misses to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role within the petrochemical or oil and gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management principles and methodologies.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
