About the Role

As a Concierge, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create MOWow Moments that surprise and inspire our guests.
  • Liaise with external partners to create unique experiences for our guests.
  • Have extensive knowledge of cultural, sports, and other activities in Muscat and its surroundings.
  • Be proficient in performing duties of all functions within the Concierge Desk such as check-in, check-out, credit card handling, complaint handling, corresponding with guests, guest relation tasks.
Requirements:
  • Able to be the first point of contact in terms of guest relations and services.
  • Assist in billing and invoice preparation.
  • Prepare reports according to set standards.
  • Uphold all applicable standards, policies, and rules.
  • Develop and support trainees, interns, and the member of the Bell team.
  • Handle and update Guest360 and Fans of MO profile data.
  • Ensure and maintain a very high standard of personal hygiene, behavior, and grooming standards of staff.
