We are seeking an exceptional Director of Wellness and Customer Experience to lead the daily operations of our luxury spa facility in Oman. As a highly motivated and experienced professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer experiences, managing staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and driving business growth through innovative service offerings and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily spa operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Hire, train, and manage spa staff
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Manage inventory and order supplies
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and handle complaints
  • Create staff schedules and manage payroll
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Analyze financial reports and manage budgets
  • Introduce new services based on market trends
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of spa services and wellness trends
  • Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with spa management software
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or wellness is a plus
