Project Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to oversee the end-to-end management of a luxury 5-star resort renovation project in Muscat, Oman. As a key member of our team, you will lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure the project aligns with time, cost, and quality benchmarks.

About the Role
  • Lead the project lifecycle: From design to construction supervision, you will be responsible for delivering the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Multidisciplinary leadership: You will lead a team of experts, including consultants and contractors, to achieve the project objectives.
  • Client representation: As the primary representative of the client, you will maintain open communication and ensure that their expectations are met throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities
  • Project management: Ensure alignment with project goals, contractual obligations, and client expectations.
  • Team management: Lead and manage the project team to deliver the project successfully.
  • Communication: Foster effective communication among stakeholders, including the client, consultants, and contractors.
  • Problem-solving: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the project.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in design, construction, and project management.
  • Leadership: At least 8 years of experience as Project Director for high-end hospitality projects in Oman/GCC.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and contract management skills.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
