Project Director - Construction

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead their construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a minimum of 15 years of experience in the real estate development industry.

The successful candidate will possess excellent knowledge of project management, conceptual planning & designing, monitoring site development, and handling client and contractor queries and escalations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

About this Role:

  • Lead large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage and resolve conflicts, escalating issues as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate development.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
