Job Title: Health and Safety Executive

This is a challenging role for an experienced HSE professional who can develop and implement effective health and safety strategies across all operational areas.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Health and Safety Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and deploying a comprehensive HSE framework, conducting risk assessments, ensuring statutory compliance, promoting a safety culture, and minimizing workplace incidents and hazards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HSE Policy Development & Implementation: Design and deploy a comprehensive HSE framework across all operational areas.
  • Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments across all branches.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with Omani health and safety regulations.
  • Training & Awareness: Design and deliver regular HSE training programs for staff.
  • Incident Management & Investigation: Lead investigations into workplace accidents or near-misses.
  • Site Inspections & Audits: Conduct scheduled and surprise audits of showrooms, workshops, yards, and warehouses.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
  • NEBOSH IGC / IOSH certification (mandatory).
  • 5–7 years of HSE experience, preferably in automotive, industrial, or retail operations.
  • Valid Oman/GCC Driving License.
