Job Description

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our MAAS team. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-quality software development and high-performance team leadership, with a deep familiarity with Linux on physical servers, Linux storage, and data center networking capabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a distributed team of engineers, developing the skills of their team members, setting expectations with other engineering teams and senior management, and advocating for modern software development practices.

Key responsibilities include:
