IT Laptop Hardware Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Professional to join our team as an IT Laptop Technician at Abroad Work.
- As an IT Laptop Technician, you will be responsible for assessing computer issues, repairing them, servicing, and replacing parts when needed.
- You will install software, demonstrate its use, and troubleshoot when users encounter problems.
- Your expertise in chip-level repair for all types of MacBook and laptops is essential for this role.
- You will check computers/laptops hardware (HDD, RAM, camera, mouse, keyboards, etc.) to ensure functionality.
- Ability to remove white spots and stress point dots from LED and LCD screens.
- Setting up hardware and installing and configuring software and drivers.
- Understanding how to use voltage to troubleshoot problems.
- Hands-on experience in soldering PCB (printed circuit boards).
- Hands-on experience in component-level replacement after diagnosing the issue.
- Asset maintenance and management.
- Writing comprehensive operational specifications that document the hardware development process and support hardware introduction.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Laptop Motherboards (Windows & MacBook).
