We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Manager to lead our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from inception to completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress, including financials, timelines, and quality metrics.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
