Head of Financial Operations

Our ideal candidate will lead the financial operations function, ensuring seamless execution of treasury activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing liquidity and cash management to maintain sufficient funds for operational and strategic needs.
  • Optimizing working capital and developing accurate cash flow forecasting models.

Additionally, the Head of Financial Operations will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development and execution of funding strategies and managing complex treasury operations.
  • Evaluating and securing funding options, structuring financing arrangements, and negotiating lease-backed facilities.

The successful candidate will also:

  • Maintain a robust internal control environment to prevent fraud and errors in daily treasury operations, including payments, cash pooling, and intercompany transactions.
  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks related to interest rate, currency, and liquidity, implementing hedging strategies as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, with a deep understanding of financial instruments and capital markets. Additionally, they should have:

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • A high level of analytical ability and financial modeling competence.
  • Integrity, attention to detail, and sound judgment.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. Treasury-related certifications are a significant advantage.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive treasury or corporate finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Prior experience in leasing, banking, asset finance, or capital-intensive financial services environments is essential.
