The Quality Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the implementation of quality assurance procedures that meet brand standards, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

This position focuses on supporting property-level quality initiatives and contributing to continuous improvement efforts under the guidance of senior management.

Candidate Requirements

Education:

  • Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in guest services, front office, housekeeping, or a similar hotel operations function is necessary.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internships or training experience may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance Support:

  • Assist in conducting routine audits and checklists to ensure compliance with quality and brand standards.
  • Support the Quality Manager in collecting and reviewing data on guest feedback and operational performance.
  • Participate in team meetings to identify service issues and improvement areas.

Guest Satisfaction & Feedback:

  • Monitor guest satisfaction indicators and highlight recurring complaints or service issues.
  • Follow up on guest feedback with relevant departments to ensure corrective action is taken.
  • Help ensure quality-related documentation is properly recorded and stored.
