Housekeeping Associate

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Housekeeping professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

This role will be responsible for daily assigned duties as instructed by Supervisors while adhering to hotel policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:

1. Receiving work assignments, keys, and supplies from the supervisor and accurately recording in the key log book.
2. Cleaning rooms and bathrooms, performing any combination of the following tasks:
3. Ensuring fire exits and stairways are clear of obstructions.
4. Reporting any maintenance work required immediately.
5. Picking up litter from corridors and pathways.
6. Vacuuming carpet and upholstered furniture, dusting and wiping furniture, emptying ashtrays and wastebaskets.
7. Making beds, washing sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, and floors, and polishing brass and metal.
8. Replenishing bathroom supplies and room supplies.
9. Tidying and arranging neatly guest toilet articles on vanity tops and spot cleaning carpets when necessary.
10. Cleaning and maintaining the guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas at all times.
11. Removing Room Service trays and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors.
12. Informing valet service to collect guests' clothes for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing services.
