Product Management Leader

This role involves overseeing the development and lifecycle management of digital products, defining vision, strategy, and priorities that align with user needs and project objectives. As a Product Manager, you will lead analysis of business needs and requirements, providing insights and solutions to improve processes, systems, and overall project effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will collect, analyze, and interpret user data related to the product, uncovering insights to inform strategic decisions and improve the effectiveness of digital services. They will also stay up-to-date with the latest worldwide trends in user-centered digital government services and bridge the vision-to-execution gap by developing RFPs for implementation, ensuring successful delivery of digital services.

Key responsibilities include prioritizing and selecting individual and life-event services for onboarding on the platform following specific standards and selection criteria. The candidate will evaluate if services meet required Digital Service standards to ensure high-quality delivery and review and approve services based on their contribution to the product's value proposition. Additionally, they will refine, update, and oversee compliance with Digital Service and Analytics standards to ensure consistency and quality.

Another critical aspect of this role is developing comprehensive training programs, labs, and bootcamps designed to elevate skills and capabilities of government entities in building user-centric digital services. The Product Manager will coordinate with other leads to ensure cohesive product development and support Organizational Change Management function to ensure smooth adoption of standards, practices, and ways of working across the government.

Ultimately, the goal is to define the structure, operating model, develop procedures, and help hire staff to hand over Product Management function to the ministry. This requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
