">About the Role
">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reception Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and checking in guests, responding to requests, and settling accounts while providing exceptional service. You will also take initiative to add a personalized experience for our guests, proudly promoting the hotel facilities and looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling.

Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have a service-focused personality, prior experience working with Opera or a related system, and fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
