Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager

This is a key role that requires a strong HSE professional to oversee the development and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and management systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HSE regulations and standards, as well as excellent leadership and team management skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions. They will also design and deliver HSE training programs for employees at all levels, with an emphasis on road safety and transport operations. Additionally, they will lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
The HSE Manager will ensure compliance with HSE regulations and international standards, coordinate emergency response planning, and maintain comprehensive HSE documentation. They will drive initiatives to promote a safety-conscious culture across the organization, particularly within logistics and transport functions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in HSE roles, with at least 5 years of experience specifically in road safety and land transport. A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Health and Safety or Environmental Science, is also required. Experience in the oil and gas sector is highly desirable, as is experience working in Oman or the GCC region.
