Construction Project Manager: Earthworks

As a Construction Project Manager for Earthworks, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of various projects. Your primary objective is to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Plan and execute projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget constraints.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction supervisors, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality work output, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Contractor Management: Manage contractors' progress and schedule to ensure key milestones are met.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to provide regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Safety Management: Ensure compliance with safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on-site.
Requirements:
  • Technical Qualifications: A technical certificate or higher education qualification in construction management or equivalent experience in the industry.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience as a supervisor in civil/earthworks works, preferably in international projects.
  • Additional Requirements: Solid technical aptitude, analytical skills, and attention to detail. Ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal employees.
