
Public Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a Public Relations Officer to establish a professional working relationship between Oman's governing bodies and our organization. This role ensures compliance with current Oman laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate employee claims reports for local and job-related expenses.
- Process purchase requests for spare parts, uniforms, and other items required for jobs.
- Arrange training licenses by seeking quotations and coordinating with the HR Department.
- Supervise company vehicles and ensure they are in good condition.
- Manage the employment visa tracking system throughout the organization.
- Oversee employment visa/labor card issues, including applications, cancellations, stamping, renewals, and transit visas.
- Arrange visa medicals for new employees and renewals.
- Manage employment visa documentation and keep it up-to-date.
- Obtain visit visas/transit visas on an ad hoc basis as needed.
- Keep a database of company trade licenses and establishment cards, renewing them as required.
- Handle government-related websites and provide updates on legislation changes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a government liaison role/PRO in Oman.
- College graduate, preferably with a Bachelor's degree.
- Strong background in Oman labor law and knowledge of relevant regulations.
- Proficient typing skills in English and Arabic.
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with local government bodies.
