Public Relations Officer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Specialist to facilitate and support registration processes, including tax department registration, municipality licenses, and lease agreements for our branch office space.
The ideal candidate will assist with work permits, residency, visas, and immigration documentation, ensuring timely and accurate processing. This role requires coordination of staff visa scheduling, medical appointments, and liaison with internal and external departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate registration processes with relevant authorities.
- Assist with work permit, residency, visa, and immigration documentation.
- Coordinate staff visa scheduling and medical appointments.
- Liaise with internal and external departments as needed.
- Gather and manage documentation required for visas and permits processed by the Oman Branch.
- Support staff inquiries regarding visas, passports, and related matters.
- Ensure all visas, medical, and labor permits are current and arrange timely renewals.
- Provide general administrative and HR support as required.
- Support public relations activities, machinery inspections, registration, signboard approvals, and CR paper updates.
Requirements:
- Graduate or relevant college diploma holder.
- Over 5 years of experience, preferably in the same industry.
- Omani nationality (Required).
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (Required).
- Oman Driving License (Required).
- Own vehicle (Required).
