Business Solutions Architect

The role of a Business Solutions Architect is pivotal in designing and delivering scalable automation, ERP, and digital transformation initiatives. This strategic and technical leader bridges the gap between business needs and technology-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of business and technology solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and IT infrastructures.
  • Design and implement client-centric ERP strategies that drive scalability and efficiency.
  • Monitor technology trends and innovations to refine solution offerings and stay ahead of market demands.
  • Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to align features with market needs and drive product innovation.
  • Partner with sales and presales teams to develop tailored proposals, demos, and presentations that showcase value and expertise.
  • Ensure proposed solutions meet client expectations and are executed efficiently.
  • Oversee project scoping, client assessments, requirement gathering, and detailed planning to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Execute projects, manage risk, and oversee reporting to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor internal teams on product capabilities, best practices, and solution frameworks to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business solutions, consulting, or ERP implementation.
  • Experience with automation tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo), and digital transformation projects.
