Spa Therapist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist to provide exceptional spa experiences for our guests.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality treatments that meet guest expectations and adhere to industry standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in treatment rooms, including equipment and supplies.
  • Provide prompt, courteous service to guests at all times, serving beverages when required.
  • Uphold standards of service and operation, maintaining performance benchmarks.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury spas, with proven references. A hospitality diploma/degree is preferred.
  • Graduation or extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, massage therapy, and beauty therapy at NVQ or CIDESCO level.
  • Understanding of various beauty products and appliances, including specifications and uses. Knowledge of facial, nail, or other beauty technologies required for treatments.
  • Excellent command of English, with ability to work in a remote location and travel on single status.
