Patient Liaison Officer

The role of a Customer Service Representative involves interacting with customers to address their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have. This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with customers by listening to their concerns and providing solutions that meet their needs.
- Stay up-to-date on products and services offered by the company to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and resolutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet research skills.
