Contract Management Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all company contracts and operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

This is a critical role that requires strong negotiation, review, and compliance monitoring skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of international trade laws and regulations, as well as excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Duties:
    • Lead contract negotiations, reviews, and compliance monitoring
    • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners
    • Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
    • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
    • Conduct regular audits to identify and address compliance issues
    • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management and compliance, preferably in the mining or trading sector
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of international trade laws and regulations
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
