Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team. With a minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate development, the ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of project management, conceptual planning and designing, monitoring site development, and handling client and contractor queries and escalations.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management strategies
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate development
  • Excellent knowledge of project management, conceptual planning and designing, monitoring site development, and handling client and contractor queries and escalations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively with clients and contractors
