This includes staying up-to-date with industry trends, assessing and improving processes, and ensuring that all services and products meet the highest standards.

Key Performance Indicators

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as you will be working with various departments and hosting regular meetings with the Director of Wellness. You will also be responsible for managing guest complaints, conducting site inspections, and overseeing the management of guest history and profiles.

\

A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury hotel industry and be able to demonstrate their expertise in spa operations, customer service, and team management.
