Job Overview

This role involves inspecting and testing products to determine their chemical and physical properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining samples from each batch, checking materials against standards, and handling sample preparation equipment properly.

Main Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test products to determine their chemical and physical properties.
  • Maintain samples from each batch and their corresponding classifications.
  • Check materials against established standards and follow IMS format.
  • Operate sample preparation machines and transportation equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Analyze test information to identify process or equipment inefficiencies and diagnose issues.
  • Assist the QA Engineer as required.
  • Perform additional testing on non-routine samples.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the QA Engineer.
Working Conditions

The role may require working on a shift basis, including overtime as needed.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar manufacturing facility in the QC department.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
