About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and performance.

Your primary focus will be on working closely with development teams to deliver scalable and effective low-code solutions. You will also gather business requirements, conduct stakeholder workshops, and translate needs into actionable insights.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will provide coaching, mentorship, and training to business analysts and junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, optimize, and document business processes to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Work closely with development teams to deliver scalable and effective low-code solutions.
  • Gather business requirements, conduct stakeholder workshops, and translate needs into actionable insights.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to business analysts and junior team members.
  • Conduct training sessions on business analysis best practices, Agile methodologies, and low-code application development.
  • Identify business challenges, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in business process management and re-engineering.
  • Experience as a Product Owner in Agile projects.
  • Strong understanding of low-code application development.
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and train teams at all levels.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
