As a skilled Bartender and drink craftsman, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our guests. The role of the Mixologist is multifaceted, requiring a deep understanding of mixology techniques and ingredients.

The successful candidate will have a passion for crafting unique cocktails, using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and creative techniques. They will work closely with customers to understand their preferences and tailor their drinks accordingly.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for guests by verifying age requirements and adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Developing a deep knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines, as well as their pairing and flavor profiles.
  • Crafting innovative and classic cocktails that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Fostering strong relationships with customers, enhancing loyalty, and driving repeat business.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Experience in hotel operations and a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management are highly desirable.
