Barista Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Barista Specialist.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing a memorable experience for every guest.

  • Responsible for setting up and operating a bar station/section with attention to detail and ability to organize and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Takes orders, promotes restaurant food and beverage offerings, and provides recommendations on wine and creative cocktails.
  • Coordinates the efficient and accurate service of food and beverage.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Reports directly to the Food and Beverage Supervisor.
  2. Manages cash float and cashiering, performs daily, weekly, and monthly inventory tasks, and maintains stock rotation.
  3. Responds proactively to guest queries and communicates effectively.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • A minimum of 1 year of Barista experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand guest needs and expectations and deliver superior customer service with little input from others.
