Technical Operations Manager - Oil Tankers

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to oversee the technical operations of our assigned oil tankers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the vessels achieve the necessary technical standards and performance.

  • This includes managing the vessels' certificates and documents, ensuring they are systematically updated and stored.
  • The Technical Operations Manager will also prepare and manage the vessels' technical plans, monitoring dry-dockings and other required repairs and maintenance jobs.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the technical operations of the assigned oil tankers meet all relevant standards and regulations.
  • Manage the vessels' certificates and documents to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Prepare and manage the vessels' technical plans.
  • Monitor and coordinate dry-dockings and other required repairs and maintenance jobs.
Requirements:
  • Chief Engineer or Second Engineer (COC Class 1/Class 2) qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of maritime regulations.
