As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring timely delivery, managing risks, and maintaining quality standards. You'll play a pivotal role in bridging technical strategy with execution, guiding teams, and managing OutSystems infrastructure in line with scalability and redundancy needs.

Job Title: OutSystems Tech Lead

Job Type: Contract (Full-time or Part-time)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, ensuring high-quality standards
  • Lead development teams and implement architectural best practices
  • Manage project initiation, planning, and resource allocation
  • Proactively conduct risk assessments and escalate issues where needed
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior management
  • Ensure operational effectiveness of OutSystems platform components

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field
  • OutSystems Associate Tech Lead and Platform Ops Certifications
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and technical team leadership
  • PMP or similar certification (an added advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of OutSystems infrastructure, services, and troubleshooting
